I, WILMA E. KERLIN, of New Cumberland, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I: I hereby direct my personal representative to
pay my debts, funeral expenses, estate and inheritance taxes as soon after my death
as may be found convenient.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, ,.
residue and remainder of my estate unto my daughter, MARY C. PATRICK, and if
she has not survived me, I give the residue of my estate to my grandson, MICHAEL
E. PATRICK, JR.
ITEM III: If I am not so survived by~y daughter or my
grandson, then I give the remainder of my estate to JOANNA L. VANATTA.
ITEM IV: In the event that any minor is entitled to a
share of my estate, I hereby appoint the COMMERCE BANK as guardian of the
estate of any such minor or minors.

ITEM V: . I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, MARY C. PATRICK, to be the Executrix. In the event of her death or
inability or refusal to serve, I nominate, constitute and appoint JOANNA L.
VANATTA to be Executrix. The Executrix is specifically relieved from the duty or
obligation of filing any bond or other security.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal to this, my Last
Will and Testament, consisting of this and the preceding one (1) page, at the end of
each page of which I ~le also set my initials for greater security and better
