AND NOW, this 25th day of September, 2007, upon
consideration of the Petition for Leave To Sell Real Estate, and
following a hearing, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Executor is authorized and permitted to
sell the real estate pursuant to the Agreement of Sale with
Gregory and Lisa Ellerman as submitted in Petitioner's Exhibit 3,
and to fulfill all of the obligations under it.
2. This order shall be deemed to be an order
granted under Section 3353 of the Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa. C.S.
3353.
