building or buildings or rho cartilage or curtil gee appurtenant thereto, by Contractor or by any eub•contructor,
materialmon or laborers for work dune or mu eriale furnished under said contract for and about paid building or
buildings orany pert thereof, or on credit thereo and thntnllsub-contracture, materialmen, and laborers on said work
shall look to and hold Contractor personally lie le for all sub-contracts, materials furnished and work and labor done,
so that there shall not bo any legal or lawful cla m of any kind whntovor uguinsE Owner for nny worlc done or labor or

seat and expense of the Contractor or of any Su ntractor or Materialmna, ar Matorialmon, any and all claims or
