Claimant, Spahr, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 1460 Trindle Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, files this mechanics' lien claim as contractor. 2. The owner of the property subject to the lien is James Shuster and Heidi Shuster, his wife, 408 Mohawk Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241. 3. The date on which claimant completed the work for which claim is made was April 5, 2007. 4. Claimant files this claim under an oral contract with James Shuster and Heidi. Shuster, his wife, wherein Claimant agreed to furnish all labor and materials required for electrical needs and upgrades to the additions and new construction at the residence of James Shuster and Heidi Shuster, located at 408 Mohawk Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 5. Attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth at length is a detailed statement of the kind and character of the labor and materials furnished and the prices charged therefore. 6. The amount claimed to be due is $14,673.66. 7. The improvements and property claimed to be subject to the lien consist of a residence and swimming pool building constructed by the owners; however, located on the property are also other structures including a small hot tub building, a 30 foot by 60 foot building, and a 30 foot by 30 foot garage and office.
