DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 28th day of September, 2007, having received no response to the Citation
issued to Chris Mentzer, to show cause why the instrument titled Last Will and Testament,
dated June 24, 1982, should not be admitted to probate and why Letters of Administration
granted to her on July 16, 2007 should not be revoked and Letters Testamentary be issued to
Russell E. Mentzer, Sr., IT IS DECREED that the instrument dated June 24, 1982, described
therein be admitted to probate and filed of record as the Last Will of Russell E. Mentzer, Jr., and
that the Letters of Administration issued to Chris Mentzer are hereby revoked.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued this date to
Russell E. Mentzer, Sr. as requested in his Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters, filed on
August 14, 2007. Russell E. Mentzer, Sr. shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under
the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
