consideration of the Petition for Citation To Show Cause Why an
Inquest in Partition Should Not Be Granted in Accordance with
Pennsylvania Orphans' Rule 12.8, and following an argument In
chambers in which the Petitioner, Patti M. Tartar, was
represented by William A. Addams, Esquire, and the Respondent,
Margaret A. Tartar, was represented by Daniel Brooks Lippard,
Esquire, and it appearing to the Court that as a legal matter the
Respondent's position is correct, the request for an inquest in
partition is denied.
