Pennsylvania inheritance tax return, together with check in the sum of $30.00,
representing the filing fee, and check in the sum of $305.00, representing inheritance tax
due for the above estate. Would you please file the return and mail the receipt back to me
in the enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope.
