PEARL, Owners MUNICIPAL LIEN DOCKET MUNICIPAL CLAIM Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Kenneth S. Pearl Mitzy M. Pearl ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, by the Owners and described as follows: 6311 Basehore Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-20-1838 Parcel No.: 035 unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from July 1, 2005 to July 30, 2007. Said services rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account the Claimant, which sum of $1,005.13 was duly assessed against the above Owners and beginning July 1, 2005 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties in addition thereto attorney's fees pursuant to Hampden Township Code Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2, Section 209.6 and Chapter 20, Part 1, Section 106.4, as amended, a lien is claimed LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, BRENNEMAN, P.C. .L. 287, 53 P.
