ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 26th day of September, 2007, upon
consideration of the Petition To Withdraw As Counsel Pursuant to
Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure 1012(c) and 1012(d) (1)
filed by the law firm of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP and
Mark A. Fink, Esquire, with respect to their representation of
Robert M. Mumma, II, in this matter, and following a hearing, at
which the petition was opposed by Robert M. Mumma, II, but
otherwise not opposed, the petition is granted, and the law firm
of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP and Mark A. Fink, Esquire,
are excused from further representation of Robert M. Mumma, II,
in this case.
The status conference previously scheduled for
this date is rescheduled to Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at
1:30 p.m. in the chambers of the undersigned judge at the
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Robert M. Mumma, II, or his counsel at that time
and any other counsel may participate in the status conference by
telephone, provided that such counsel and Mr. Mumma who wish to
do so shall initiate the call.
