LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Russell E. Mentzer, Jr., of South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, declare the following to be my
last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void any and
all wills heretofore made by me.
ITEM I.
I direct my executors to pay my debts and funeral
expenses.
ITEM II.
I bequeat.h Fifty Thousand ($50,000) Dollars to my
parents, Russell E. Mentzer and Betty Mentzer, in trust
nevertheless, for my daughter, Chris Tina Mentzer until she 18 21
years of age.
ITEM III.
I authorize my trustees to invest as they see fit
and to expend principal as they see fit for the maintenance and
education of my daughter.
ITEI'JI IV.
I bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my property to my parents, Russell E. Mentzer and Betty Mentzer.
ITEM V.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my parents,
Russell E. Mentzer and Betty Mentzer, as executors of this my
last will and testament.
