ITEM I. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to
my husband, WilLIAM J. MURPHEY, JR., if he survives me.

she survives me. If my daughter, DIANE L. MURPHEY LAND, fails to survive me, I
devise and bequeath her share to her issue, per stirpes, who survive me.
2. One-half (1/2) thereof to my grandson, NATHAN GABRIEL
MURPHEY POlONl, if he survives me. If my grandson, NATHAN GABRIEL
MURPHEY POlONl, fails to survive me, I devise and bequeath his share to my son-
in-law, lOUIS POlONI, if he survives me.
ITEM III. I appoint F & M TRUST COMPANY guardian of any property which passes,
either under this Will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a
guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this appointment of a guardian

shall not apply to property distributable to a minor for whom I have otherwise made special provision
and provided further that this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary
in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or to another for the minor's benefit.
Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the
minor's support or education (including college education, both graduate and undergraduate) without
regard for his or her parent's ability to provide for such support and education, and to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to the minor's parent or to any
person taking care of the minor.
ITEM IV. I direct that all tax~s that may be ass~ssed as a consequence of death, of
whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM V. I appoint my daughter, DIANE L MURPHEY LAND, Executrix of this, my last
Will. Should my daughter, DIANE L MURPHEY LAND, fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I
appoint my son-in-law, ROBERT N. LAND, Executor of this, my last Will.
ITEM VI. I direct that my Executor or guardian or their successors shall not be required
to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
