NO. 2007 - SSA MLD TERM WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, Owner MUNICIPAL LIEN DOCKET MUNICIPAL CLAIM Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Washington Bank ("Owner") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned the Owner and described as follows: 3810 Golfview Drive Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-16-1056 Parcel No: 010 unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from March 1, 2006 to July 30, 2007. Said were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account with the Claimant, which sum of $616.14 was duly assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning March 1, 2006 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties and in addition thereto attorney's fees pursuant to Hampden Township Code Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2, Section 209.6 and Chapter 20, Part 1, Section 106.4, as amended, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of LAW OFFICES SNELSAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C. 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. § 5601, et se ., as supplemented and amended and the unicipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, et sea., as and amended.
