Contractor
WHEREAS, C & C Construction, Inc., a corporation with its principal place of
business at 5745 Spring Road, Shermans Dale, Perry County, Pennsylvania, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract for installation and construction of a
residential dwelling upon land situate in Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a stake on the Northern side of Ohio Avenue forty (40) feet wide at
corner of lands now or late of David L. Musselman and Eleanor C. Musselman, his wife;
thence along said lands North 37 degrees 10 minutes West one hundred twenty-five and
eighteen one-hundredths (125.18) feet to a point; thence along lands now or late of Anna H.
Brandt Playter North 68 degrees 54 minutes East one hundred one (101) feet to a concrete
monument; thence along the eastern line of Lot No. 18 as shown on the Master's Partition
Plan of the Rosene Farm of the Haldeman Estate filed in the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County to No. 4 October Term, 1935, in equity, South 37 degrees 10 minutes
East one hundred twenty-four and eighty-seven one-hundredths (124.87) feet to an iron pipe on
the Northern line of Ohio Avenue; thence along the Northern line of Ohio Avenue South 68
degrees 54 minutes West one hundred one (101) feet to the place of BEGINNING.
NOW, OCfobc~ S. , 2007, before any authority has been given by the
said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with C & C
Construction, Inc., it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said residence or the property
by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for
the installation and construction of said residence, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
