Andes, and makes the following Mechanics Lien Claim in this matter: 1. The Claimant is Allied Exteriors, Inc., a Pennsylvania business corporation with its principal offices at 340 Pleasant View Road in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070. 2. The owners of the property against which the lien claim is made are John DeRouen and Michelle DeRouen, his wife, adult individuals who reside at 405 Spring House Road in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011. 3. The property against which Claimant makes this claim is a residence situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known and numbered as 405 Spring House Road in Camp Hill, and is more particularly bounded and described in a Deed dated 22 February 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit A. 4. The improvements to the property which are the subject of this claim include extensive work to replace and existing roof on the structure erected on the property and the installation of a basement window well and repair to various other portions of she property, all as is more particularly described in the agreement between the parties for such work, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit B. 5. The labor and materials supplied by Claimant to the improvement to the subject property were supplied pursuant to a written agreement between Claimant and Owners, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit B. The work to be done by Claimant on the subject property, and the price or consideration to be paid by Owners for such work was all expressly agreed upon between Claimant and the Owners and are as set out on the contract which is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit B. 6. Claimant well and truly performed the work it was obligated to perform under the contract between the parties and last worked on the property or supplied materials to ,the project on 7 September 2007. 7. Claimant claims its lien from 23 March 2007, which is when it commenced work on the project. 8. To date, owners have paid Claimant only a small portion of the amount due of the work done by Claimant on the property. The balance owed at this time by Owners to Claimant is $7,388.00 and Claimant makes it Mechanics Lien claim for that amount. WHEREFORE, Allied Exteriors, Inc. asserts a Mechanics Lien claim, in accordance with the statutory law of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, against the property described in Exhibit A and located at 405 Spring House Road in Camp Hill, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for $7,388.00, effective 23 March 2007, with interest in accordance with the law and with costs of suit.
