PRELIMINARY DECREE
AND NOW, this ~day of October 2007, upon consideration of the annexed Petition of
Manor Healthcare Corp. d/b/a ManorCare Health Services - Carlisle, a principal creditor of Estella
Hennigan, deceased IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that a Citation shall be issued
upon the known heir of the Decedent to Show Cause, if any, Why Letters of Administration for the
Estate of Estella Hennigan, deceased, should not be issued to Shaun E. O'Toole, Esquire, upon the
prompt and proper filing ofa petition for Grant of Letters by Shaun E. O'Toole, and in the interim,
Shaun E. O'Toole, Esquire, shall be appointed Administrator Pendente Lite, with such appointment
to lapse upon the granting of Letters of Administrator pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. 3155.
