DISCLAIMER
The undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, hereby states as follows:
1. Judith A. McClure died testate on January 7, 2007. Letters Testamentary
were granted to Christopher T. McClure and Allison M. Lesher on
January 25, 2007.
2. The undersigned is entitled to receive a one-fourth interest in the real
estate situate at 5020 Kylock Road, Mechanicsburg, P A.
3. The undersigned hereby disclaims her right to receive a one-fourth
interest in the real estate and understands that as a result of such
Disclaimer, the property will be distributed to her brother, Christopher T.
McClure.
4. The undersigned intends to deliver this Disclaimer to the Executors of
Judith A. McClure, Deceased, and, if necessary, to file it with the
Register of Wills of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, pursuant to 20 Pa. Consolidated Statute ~6204.
