Connie,
Per our conversation this morning regarding the mobile home belonging to Cynthia Stager: The home
is located at 2535 Rolo Court, within our mobile home park. It is very old (1974 Buddy) and as you
stated, in very bad condition. It is worth nothing due to it's age and condition. Financing is not even
available for homes that old. ..
Rental arrears are currently $1580.00 through September. I'm sure there must be unpaid taxes on the
home as well. Due to the age and condition of the home, the unpaid lot rent and taxes, and the fact
that Cynthia has no will or assets from which to payoff the rental arrears and the rent going forward
($310.00 per month) , I am requesting the home be torn down or removed from Rolo Court as quickly
as possible. The cost to tear down is approximately $1800.00. At your request I will give you the name
and phone number of the individual that we use for tear down. That being said, I know there is no
money to pay for a tear down so I would offer to tear it down at our cost if we can get a release or
permission from the estate.
Please have someone contact me regarding the removal of the home and/or writing up a release.
Thank You!

GUARDIAN'S COMMENTS
First: "ASSETS" The amount of time that was available to work on establishing assets from the time of
appointment until Mrs. Stager's demise did not allow for proper identification and disposition of all of her
assets as follows:
We did establish the amount of the Commerce Bank Checking Account as listed above.
There is a single wide mobile home apparently owned by Mrs. Stager. We did go to the mobile home with
Ms. Whitman from the Area Agency on Aging Office. The home is in very poor condition and in need of much
repair. We were able to talk to the owner of the park where it is located and were told that we would be lucky to
find someone to purchase it and it is very likely that it will cost to have it removed and disposed of.
Second: "ING PENSION IRA" We were in receipt ofa prospectus for an ING Pension/IRA
account; we did establish the Guardianship name for correspondence and reports, however, not until
August 23, 2007 were we in receipt of a Fax from ING. The fax stated that as of June30, 2007, the
balance in the ING Pension IRA was 6,915.77, the primary beneficiary is John Robert Shickley, Jr.
and the contingent beneficiary is Cynthia Stager's estate. This value is not included in the above
report as we just received the information.
Third: "EXENSES" The unpaid expenses which we have in our possession total $64,103.19
Because of the short amount of time we did not establish the order of payment of the same.
Fourth: "BURIAL" It is our understanding that the only living relatives are some cousins. A
cousin who is a local priest and has been gracious in helping the Cumberland County Area Agency
on Aging establish what he knew of the families desire for burial would be, and through him a final
resting place was provided for Mrs. Stager. Because the Cumberland County Area Agency on
Aging made the burial with the assistance of Ms. Stagers cousin, and due to the severity of
Ms. Stagers condition the expense of the prearranged burial was paid to the local funeral home.
Fifth: "DISPOSITION OF GUARDIANSHIP" We are not aware of any Last Will and
Testament and have been told there is none. At this point it appears any estate that is established
will be insolvent
