Of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Excaliber Homes of Cumbe~and Courtly, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a 320 +/- sqft addition
to be buiJt onto the existing house situated at 902 Peachtree Drive, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, owned by Owner.
Now, September 25, 2003, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Bill & Karen Gladstone to the said
Excaliber Hemes to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of said contract with Excaliber Homes and the further consideration
of one Dollar, to Excaliber Homes, paid by Bill & Karen Gladstone~ it is agrood that no lien shall
be filed against the building and/or land for any labor, or materials purchased by any subcontractor,
nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived, except those rights of the contractor as outlined under paragraphs 7,9,
and 14, of the contracts signed by Bill & Karen Gladstone and by Excaliber Homes,
our hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
