The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is four and one-half (4.5) percent,
except as noted in 72 P.S. 99116 1.2) [72 P.S. 99116 (a) (1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is twelve (12) percent [72 P.S. 99116 (a) (1.3)]. A
sibling is defined under Section 9102, as an individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills or Codicils by
me made.
1.
I direct that uall my just debts,
funeral expenses,
testamentary expenses and all inheritance taxes (whether such taxes
may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property)
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after
my decease and as part of the administration of my estate. My
Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain reimbursement
for any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance or
other property not passing under this Will.

If my husband shall survive me by thirty (30) days, I give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate" both real and personal
property, unto my husband, HAROLD C. STATLER, absolutely, and I
hereby appoint the said HAROLD C. STATLER as Executor of my estate.

In the event my said husband shall predecease or fafl to

copy of the Inheritance Tax Return and a copy to be time-stamped and returned to me in the
enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope.
Two checks, one in the amount of$15.00 payable to the Register of Wills to cover the
recording fees and one in the amount of$1,611.68 payable to the Register of Wills, Agent to
pay the remaining balance of taxes due are included with the Inheritance Tax Returns.
