Inheritance Tax Return and Inventory, along with a copy of the first page of the
Inheritance Tax Return. Please time-stamp the first page of the return and a copy of the
Inventory and return them to my office in the enclosed self-addressed envelope.
Also enclosed are two checks, one in the amount of $9,239.60 for the inheritance
tax and the other in the amount of $30.00 for payment of the filing fees associated with
the return and the Inventory.
