corporation; and
2. Sign the Agreement to Transfer Liquor License and
Application
for Transfer of
License
and Permit
preparing for the liquidation of the Goldring &
Lipman, Inc. Corporation; and,
3 .
Sign
for
the
sale
of
the
real
estate
owned
individually by Clare R. Weldon, with the address of
523 South 19th Street, Harrisburg in order to maintain
sufficient liquidity from which to satisfy the debts
and living expenses of Claire R. Weldon.
