Stipulationvliens/realestate/CLN STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS G & G 24, IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS a Pennsylvania General Partnership, :CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Owner vs. NO. ~'r -Ce //'Y /')') ~ TERM 2007 F & R MATERIALS, Contractor WHEREAS, G & G 24, a Pennsylvania General Partnership, with a principal mailing address at 312 W. Meadow Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, "Owner," is about to contemporaneously herewith execute a contract with F & R Materials, with a principal mailing address of PO Box 69, 291 Sawmill Road, Duncannon, Perry County, Pennsylvania 17020, "Contractor," for the erection/renovations upon a certain lot of land situate and known as Cumberland County Tax Parcel #05- 19-1647-035 and is along Meeting House Road, Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania which is more particularly described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, this 12~' day of October, 2007, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor, to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the Contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, to the Contractor paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-Contractor nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection/renovations to said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid. BEING the same premises which Randy L. Diehl, Donald E. Diehl, and Brenda D. Pallante by their deed dated October 9, 2007 and recorded October 12, 2007 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania as Instrument Number 200739378, transferred and conveyed unto G & G 24, a Pennsylvania General Partnership consisting of George Lois & Leah G. Lois, husband and wife (as one Partner) and George J. Mallios and Tessie Mallios, husband and wife (as the other Partner).
