THAT WHEREAS, the Decedent, VERA P. RHOADS, died, testate, on May 9, 200,1i~

WHEREAS, the Decedent's Last Will, dated April 13, 2005 and Codicil, datea-MArch 11;2007
were accepted to probate with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on May 23,2007; ~
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were issued to Nancy E. Silk as Executrix on May 23, 2007;
WHEREAS, LORRAINE WAGNER is a named beneficiary under the Last Will and Codicil of
the decedent and as such is entitled to the decedent's sewing machine and under the Last Will,
LORRAINE WAGNER is a residual heir entitled to one-fourth share of the residual estate following
deductions for expenses and inheritance tax;
WHEREAS, LORRAINE WAGNER, having been advised of their entitlement to a sewing
machine and one-fourth share of the residual estate, desires, nevertheless, to waive and disclaim her said
inheritance from the decedent; and
NOW THEREFORE, LORRAINE WAGNER does hereby voluntarily and knowingly waive,
disclaim and renounce any share or entitlement of the decedent's estate to which they may be due per the
Last Will and Codicil probated in this matter as well as any intestate succession of this Estate, if
applicable, whether the applicable probate property is located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or
elsewhere.
FURTHER, it is hereby agreed that this Disclaimer of Estate Interest may be filed with the Clerk
of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
pursuant to the Pennsylvania Estate and Fiduciary Code, Section 6203 (20 Pa. C.S.A. Section 6203, as
amended).
