Real Estate
Real Estate - All that certain piece of parcel of real estate having erected
thereon a dwelling house known and numbered as 3240 Lisburn Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by Annie C. San no
and Roy M. Sanno, by deed dated January 31,1969 and recorded March 24,
1969 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book D, Vol.
23, Page 426, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The
said Annie C. Sanno died April 5, 1991, whereupon full and complete title to the
real estate became vested solely in Roy M. San no. The above-described real
estate was transferred to Shirley A. San no, residuary beneficiary of the Estate
of Roy M. San no. A copy of said deed of conveyance is attached hereto. Date
of death value is determined based upon the fair market value as follows:
county assessed value - $112.850.00 x common level ratio 1.22 = fair market
value - $137.677.00.
