Dear Mr. Frey:
Pursuant to your request, enclosed please find a Certification of Records/Attestation of
Exemplified Copies. As the Order Allowing Confirmation of Allocation of Assets did not have a
copy of the distribution schedule attached, I also enclosed a copy of the Petition (which eventually
generated the Order) and Exhibit 2, which is the distribution schedule. You will note at the top of
the distribution schedule that the Arbitration awarded the mortgage to Adam, Jr., and, therefore,
under the proposed distribution, where the sum of $34, 277.11 is, that is the mortgage and what
needs to be discharged.
Please advise if you need anything further.
