Dear Glenda:
I have been retained to represent Kathleen A. Denke and Adam B. Major in the above
referenced Estate.
A hearing has been scheduled before you for October 30, 2007 at 11 :00 a.m. relative to the
probate ofa certain will dated September 16,1986. I will represent Miss Denke and Mr. Major in
connection with that matter.
I am unavailable for the hearing in question, and I ask that the matter be rescheduled. I would
r~qu~st that it be scheduled a feyv' vvecks into November to give us the opportunity to see if this
matter can be resolved without a hearing.
Attorney Mark A. Mateya represents Anna Hicke Major Keene in connection with her filing
of the will. Mark has indicated to me that he does not object to this requested continuance of the
hearing.
