AND NOW, comes the Petitioner, Alice R. Phillips, by and through her attorneys, James,
Smith, Dietterick & Connelly, LLP, and petitions this Honorable Court for a status conference
pursuant to the following:
1. Petitioner, Alice R. Phillips, is desirous of setting a status conference with this
Honorable Court and believes that a status conference may facilitate discovery regarding the
private detective and interrogatories related thereto.
