MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
Tsani S. Witthoft, beneficiary, respectfully states that:
1. On or about August 1, 2007, Whitthoft filed a Petition to Remove
Administratrices in Accordance with 20 PA.C.S.A. 9 182.
2. On or about August 18, 2007, the Honorable Kevin A. Hess issued a
Decree wherein he issued a rule to show cause why the Petition should not be granted;
the rule was returnable on October 19, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom # 4.
3. Negotiations were recently initiated by Neve and Zeigler, the
Administratrices in this estate.
4. These negotiations are on going.
WHEREFORE, Whitthoft respectfully requests this Honorable Court to continue
the hearing in this matter until November, 2007.
