BEGINNING at a point located on the southerly fight-of-way line of Inverness Drive, 25 feet from
the centerline of the same and being a front property comer of Lot 29; thence along said Lot 39, South 25
degrees 01 minute 12 seconds East, a distance of 147.05 feet to a point, said point being on line of Lot 5;i
