JUDGMENT NOTE
May 17, 2007
ON DEMAND, after date, I promise to pay to the order of THE PAUL
R. RRUM TESTAMENTARY EXEMPTION TRUST, the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND 40/100 DOLLARS, without
defalcation, value received, within a period of five (5) years from and
after the date hereof, together with interest thereon at the rate of six
(6~)per centum per annum with interest payable quarterly, without
defalcation, with interest, value received.
AND FURTHER, I do hereby authorize and empower the Prothonotary
or any Attorney of any Court of Record of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to
appear for and enter judgment against me in the above sum, with or
without declaration, with costs of suit, interest at the rate of ten
(10°s) per centum per annum, and an attorney's commission of fifteen (15~)
per cent added for collection and release of all errors, without stay of
execution; AND I hereby agree not to make any motion or any application
whatsoever to any Court for an inquisition on any real estate that may be
levied upon to collect the aforesaid sum, and I voluntarily condemn same,
and authorize the Prothonotary to enter said voluntary condemnation upon
the Writ of Execution. I further agree that any property, real, personal
or mixed, may be sold through a Writ of Execution and further hereby
waive and release all relief from any and all appraisements, stay or
exemption laws of any State now in force or which are passed hereafter.

DISCLOSURE FOR CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT
I am (We are) executing on this 17th day of May, 2007 a Demand
Note for TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND
40/100 ($226,928.40) DOLLARS obligating me to repay that amount.

A representative of Purcell, Krug & Haller has explained to me
that the Note contains wording that would permit The Paul R. Rrum
Testamentary Exemption Trust to enter Judgment against me at the
Courthouse, whether or not said Note is in default, without notice to me
and without offering me an opportunity to defend against the entry of
Judgment, and that the Judgment may be collected by any legal means.

In executing the Note, I am knowingly, understandingly, and
voluntarily waiving my rights to resist the entry of Judgment against me
at the Courthouse, and am (are) consenting to the Confession of Judgment.
