ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line: of Cherish Drive, at the northern
line of Lot No. O-16, on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said eastern right-
of-way line of Cherish Drive, North 13 degrees 48 minutes 13 seconds West, 100.00 feet to a
point at the southern line of Lot No. O-14; thence along the same, North 76 degrees 11 minutes
47 seconds East, 156.61 feet to a point; thence South' 17 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East,
110.16 feet to a point at the northern line of said Lot No. O-16; thence along said line of Lot No.
O-16, South 76 degrees 11 minutes 47 seconds West, 162.34 feet to a point at the eastern right-of-
way line of Cherish Drive, the point and place of BEGINNING.
