DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 30th day of October 2007, upon after hearing testimony on the Petition for
Probate of a Photocopy Copy of Will and Grant of Letters, and the burden of proof having been met,
the document purported to be a photocopy of the Last Will and Testament of Kenneth W. England,
deceased, is admitted to probate. Letters Testamentary shall be granted to John Thomas England.
John Thomas England shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration ofthis estate according to law.
