I, JEAN GOLDTHORP, being duly authorized to do so by MEMORIAL LUTHERAN CHURCH
OF SHIPPENSBURG, hereby acknowledge that I have this day received from LESLIE T.
KEEFER, executor, and JANE ADAMS, ESQ., legal counsel for the ESTATE OF MILDRED
KEEFER, deceased, the final sum of Two Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-three
and 35/100 ($204,453.35) dollars in full satisfaction and payment of the above church's share
of the estate.
AND THEREFORE, I, the above said representative of MEMORIAL LUTHERAN CHURCH OF
SHIPPENSBURG, by these presents remise, release, quit claim, and forever discharge the said
executors and attorney, their heirs, executors and administrators, of and from the said share
and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands
whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or any other act, matter, cause or thing whatever, from
the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these presents.
And I hereby consent and agree that the register of Wills of Cumberland County may discharge
the said executor and legal counsel as to this share upon application, without further notice to
me. ~
