ARTICLE I I direct that all my legally valid debts, funeral and administration expenses, and inheritance taxes, after all speCific bequests have been honored, shall be paid by my personal representative out of my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my death. If there be no cemetery lot available for my interment owned by me at the time of my death, I authorize my personal representative to purchase such cemetery lot with a contract for perpetual care, using therefore funds from my estate in such amount as she shall consider necessary and desirable, and I authorize my personal representative to cause title to or ownership of such lot so purchased to be vested in such person as my personal representative shall designate. ?JtjL L- ..- ~ . HUMER, if he survives me for a period of thirty (30) days. ARTICLE III In the event that my husband, ELMER H. W. HUMER, fails to survive me by thirty (30) days, then I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate as follows: 1. In the event that the net taxable estate is less than $100,000.00, then my estate shall be divided equally between my daughters, NANCY PARMER, and BONNIE HOLLINGER. In the event that either daughter is not living at my death, then my surviving daughter shall receive the remainder of my estate after Keisha Marie Heisey receives fifteen percent (150/0) of my estate up to a maximum of $20,000.00, and the following distribution occurs: a. In the event that my net taxable estate exceeds $100,000.00, my estate shall be divided in the following manner: a. My daughters, NANCY PARMER and BONNIE HOLLINGER shall each receive $50,000.00. If only one daughter is living, the deceased daughter's share shall be given to the other daughter then living. b. Of the estate that exists above $100,000.00, Keisha Marie Heisey shall receive fifteen percent (150/0) of the total net taxable estate, up to a maximum of $20,000.00; c. In the event that the net taxable estate exceeds $100,000.00, after monies, as noted in Article III, Paragraph 2, b. above has been given to Keisha Marie Heisey, the balance shall be distributed as follows: i. In the event that neither of my daughters are living at the time of my death, it is my desire that Keisha Marie Heisey shall receive fifty percent (500/0) of my estate, and the balance after the $5,000.00 gift to Young's United Methodist Church, shall be divided equally between my six heirs named herein who are then living. (d) To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or lease, for any period of time, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon such terms as they deem proper.
