RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
Defendant, Johnny Mickell, by and through his counsel, MidPenn Legal Services,
states the following:
1. Defendant resides at 436 Ripple St, Apt. 2, Lackawanna, PA 18505.
2. The last known address of the Plaintiffs, Glenn and Mildred Jacoby, is RD 4,
Gettysburg, PA 17325, as listed on the 1982 judgment in this case.
3. Judgment was entered into the Cumberland County Prothonotary's Office on
February 3, 1982, against Mr. Mickell and for the Plaintiffs for a sum of $831.93.
4. This judgment has never been revived.
5. This judgment has never been enforced.
6. This judgment prevents Mr. Mickell from obtaining gainful employment or
getting his license reinstated.
WHEREFORE, Mr. Mickell respectfully requests the following relief:
That the Court issues a Rule to Show Cause why the judgment against Mr. Nickell
should not be vacated.
