North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed are David L. Beetem and Heidi J. Beetem of 1051 Bellair Park Road, Carlisle, PA
17013.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1051 Bellair Park Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.
The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of
$426.39.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 165.71 feet to an iron pin on line of lands now
or formerly of Ralph E. and Jayne Crone; thence along said land South 50 degrees 27
minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 55.47 feet to an iron pin; thence by same
South 49 degrees 54 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 144.50 feet to a point;
thence by same South 51 degrees 42 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 48.47
feet to a point at the Northwest corner of lands now or formerly of Elizabeth Shiner;
thence along said land South 36 degrees 54 minutes Ofi seconds West a distance of
118. 18 feet tv an iron pin in a gravel /and; thence by gravel lane North 52 degrees 47
minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 60.17 feet to an iron pin in a gravel land;

96.59 feet to an iron pin in a gravel land; thence by Lot No. 2 South 74 degrees 03
minutes 46 seconds West a distance of 21.63 feet to a point at the Northeast corner
of lands now or formerly of Susan D. Rose and Stephen D. Browner; thence along said
land North 63 degrees 07 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of 118.40 feet to a
concrete monument, the point of BEG/NN/NG.
CONTA/N/NG 41,013 square feet/0.94 acres.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to easements, restrictions,
reservations, conditions and rights of ways of record or visible upon inspection of
premises.
BE/NG THE SAME PREM/SES which Susan Rene Beetem, n/k/a Susan Rene
MacBean, married woman, as tenant of an undivided one-ha/f interest, and Samuel L.
Beetem and Cheryl-Ann Beetem, his wife, as tenants by the entireties of an undivided
one-half interest, the relationship between said undivided one-half interests to be that
of joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, by deed
dated August 30,1994, and recorded September 26, 1994, in the Office of the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds in Record Book 112, Page 287, granted and
conveyed unto Susan Rene MacBean and Lachlan MacBean, husband and wife, the
Grantors herein.

FROM PENNSVL VAN/A REAL T V TRANSFER TAX.
THE GRANTORS convey a/so a right-of-way for the purposes of ingress, egress
and regress for the benefit of the within Grantees, their heirs, assigns, personal
representatives and of their invitees and occupiers, over the private gravel lane or road
extending from Long's Gap Road to and through the above described premises, in
common with the owners and occupiers, their heirs, assigns and personal
representatives, of other lands along said private gravel road.
TOGETHER with al/ and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods,
waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belong or in anywise appertaining; and the reversion and reversions,
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and of every part and
parcel thereof; AND ALSO al/ the estate, right, title, interest, use, possessions,
property, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and in equity, of,
in and to the premises herein described and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the premises herein
described together with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Grantees and
to Grantees' proper use and benefit forever.

AND the Grantors covenant that, except as maybe herein set forth, the y do and
will forever spec/sNy warrant and defend the lands and premises, hereditaments and
appurtenances hereby conveyed, against the Grantors and a//other persons /awfully

/n all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations, the use
of any particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the
appropriate gender or number as the text of the within instrument may require.
Wherever in this instrument any party shall be designated or referred to by name
or genera/ reference, such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect
as if the words "heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives,
successors and assigns "had been inserted after each and every designation.
