BEETEM, Defendants MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. :IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS :CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA :MLD - - 2007 A G 37-3 2 The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which this claim is filed are David L. Beetem and Heidi J. Beetem of 1051 Bellair Park Road, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3 A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" with an address of 1051 Bellair Park Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of $426.39. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full. Beetem and Cheryl-Ann Beetem, his wife, as tenants by the entireties of an undivided one-half interest, the relationship between said undivided one-half interests to be that of joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, by deed dated August 30,1994, and recorded September 26, 1994, in the Office of the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds in Record Book 112, Page 287, granted and conveyed unto Susan Rene MacBean and Lachlan MacBean, husband and wife, the Grantors herein. THE GRANTORS convey a/so a right-of-way for the purposes of ingress, egress and regress for the benefit of the within Grantees, their heirs, assigns, personal representatives and of their invitees and occupiers, over the private gravel lane or road extending from Long's Gap Road to and through the above described premises, in common with the owners and occupiers, their heirs, assigns and personal representatives, of other lands along said private gravel road.
