North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed are Donald J. Shotto and Robin E. Shotto of 25 Channel Drive, Carlisle, PA
17013.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 25 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of
$356.26.
6
Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, hereinafter called Grantees:
WITNESSETH, that in oonsideradon of the sum of Ninety-Six Thousand dive
Hundred and no/100 ($96,500.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the grantors do hereby grant and convey unto the grantees, their heirs
and assigns, as tenants by the entireties,
ALL that certain tract of land with improvements thereon situate In North
Mkidleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
acconiing to a survey by Larry W. Neidlinger, P.E, dated January 29, 1987 as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the line of land now or formerly of William J. Byers;
thence along the latter, North 40 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
125.00 feet to an iron pin set at land now or formerly of J. Mec Stine; thence along the
latter, North OB degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 50 feet to an
existing iron pin at land now or formerly of Bradford M. Free; thence along the latter,
South 84 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 144.65 feet to an existing
maple tree with blazed mark on the south side along Creek Drive; thence along the
latter, South 22 degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds West, a distance of 61.24 feet to an

BE1NG the same property whk;h PHILIP J. BELLANCA, single man, grented
and conveyed to EUGENE A. BAILEY, II and LEDA M. GINTHER (now by marriage,
LEDA M. BAILEY, his wife), grantors herein, by deed dated February 25, 1987, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania

AND the saki grantors hereby covenant and agree that they wNl warrant specially
the property hereby conveyed.
