North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed is Suzanne C. Eiben of 20 Chestnut Street, Box 308, Palmyra, PA 17078.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 113 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P. S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of
$264.23.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

BETWEEN ROBERT W. SIPE and DORIS M. SIPE, his wife, of
Carlisle, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
(Grantors)
AND SUSANNE C. EIBEN, of Palmyra, County of Dauphin,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
(Grantee)
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND AND

Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said grantee,
her heirs and assigns
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described in accordance with Plan of Green Meadows as
recorded in the hereinafter mentioned Recorder's Office in
Plan Book 3, Page 110, bounded and described ae_follows:
TRACT NO. 1: ALL that certain tract of land, the same being
all of.LOt No. 30 and the eastern one half of Lot No. 31 as
shown on said Plan of Green Meadows, containing a total of
75 feet in front along Channel Drive and extending in depth a
distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the body of water
known as the "Channel", on which tract of land there is
erected a one-etory frame dwelling house known as and
numbered 113 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
TRACT NO. 2: ALL that certain tract of land located on the
island opposite Tract No. 1 hereinabove described, which
tract of land contains 75 feet frontage along the low.water
mark on the northern bank of the Conodoguinet Creek and 75
feet in front along the southern line of the body of water
known as the "Channel", and which tract of land extends
between said Channel and said Conodoguinet Creek at an even
width of 75 feet a distance of 185 feet, more or less.

BEING the same two tracts of land which Shirley J.
Harclerods, single woman, by deed dated November 3, 1994 and
recorded in the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Deed Book 114, Page 554, granted and conveyed to
ROBERT W. SIPE and DORIS M. SIPE, his wife, Grantors herein.
