of the Petition to Appoint Corporate Co-Trustee, filed by Susan A. Seitz, in the above
matter, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED as follows:
1. Hershey Trust Company is hereby appointed as Corporate Co-Trustee of
the Bridget Arielle Seitz Irrevocable Trust Under Agreement Dated May 12, 2003.
2. The Bridget Arielle Seitz Irrevocable Trust Under Agreement Dated May
12, 2003 is hereby amended to provide that Susan A. Seitz, as Individual Co-Trustee,
shall have the right to remove and replace any corporate co-trustee then serving as co-
trustee.
