of the Petition to Appoint Corporate Co-Trustee, filed by Amy A. Freed, in the above
matter, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED as follows:
1. Hershey Trust Company is hereby appointed as Corporate Co-Trustee of
the Elizabeth Alexandra Freed Irrevocable Trust Under Agreement Dated October 30,
2003.
2. The Elizabeth Alexandra Freed Irrevocable Trust Under Agreement Dated
October 30,2003 is hereby amended to provide that Amy A. Freed, as Individual Co-
Trustee, shall have the right to remove and replace any corporate co-trustee then
serving as co-trustee.
