of the Petition to Appoint Corporate Co-Trustee, filed by Mark J. Zimmerman, in the
above matter, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED as follows:
1. Hershey Trust Company is hereby appointed as Corporate Co-Trustee of
the Alessandra Victoria Zimmerman Irrevocable Trust Under Agreement Dated January
31,2007.
2. The Alessandra Victoria Zimmerman Irrevocable Trust Under Agreement
Dated January 31,2007 is hereby amended to provide that Mark J. Zimmerman, as
Individual Co-Trustee, shall have the right to remove and replace any corporate co-
trustee then serving as co-trustee.
