The Plaintiff, Washington Mutual Bank, which has its principal place of business at 7255 Baymeadows Way, Jacksonville, FL 32256. 2. The Defendant, Anthony M. Vogelsong , is an individual whose last known address is 11 South Enola Drive, Enola, PA 17025. 3. On or about January 19, 2007, Anthony M. Vogelsong executed a Note in favor of Fremont Investment & Loan in the original principal amount of $197,750.00. 4. On or about January 19, 2007, as security for payment of the aforesaid Note, Anthony M. Vogelsong made, executed and delivered to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment & Loan a Mortgage in I?he original principal amount of $97,750.00 on the premises hereinafter described, with said Mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland Co my on, Instrument #21-96-0781. On or about September 9, 2007, Defendant(s) were mailed' a combined Notice of Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage Assistance Act of 1983 and Notice of Intention to Foreclose Mortgage, in compliance with the Homeowner's Emergency Mortgage Assistance Act, Act 91 of 1983 and Act 6 of 1974, 41 P. S. §101, et seq.
