WAEREAS, Owner, with their principal address, 1943 Monterey Drive, Mechanicsbiag;
Cumberland County, Permsylvauia, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a conhact,
with Rulrieman Bros, Inc., Contractor, of 65 Musselman Road, Hanover, Pennsylvania, for the
construction and/or erection of impmvemeats in Aampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more fully described on Ezhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this ~_ day of l X ~~/ ,2007, at the time of the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building or to purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of
one dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
This Stipulation against Liens may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be fully
effective as an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument
