STIPULATIONS AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Anzar A. Qazi Syed a/k/a Anzar A. Qazi and Doni A.
Qazi of 159 Tory Circle, Enola, PA 17025 ("Owners") are about to
execute, contemporaneously herewith, a contract with The McNaughton
Company t/a McNaughton Homes, which has a business address at 4400
Deer Path Road, Suite 201, Harrisburg, PA 17110("Contractor"), for
construction/installation of a dwelling house and other
construction work in connection with the construction of a dwelling
house and other improvements ("Improvements") upon a lot of land
which is-Lot No. 104 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Good Hope
Farms South, Phase XIII, recorded in Plan Book 92, Page 34, is
known as 5114 Christian Court, Hampden Township, Dauphin County,
(Mechanicsburg, PA 17050), and is more fully set forth in the legal
description attached and marked E/x~hibit A (the "Property").
NOW, this a~ day of C~~"~7~i~ 2007 , at the time of and
immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said
Contractor to commence work on the Property or Improvements, or

purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of
the said contract with Owners and the further consideration of One
Dollar paid by Owners to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien
shall be filed against the Property or Improvements by the
Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person or entity for any labor, services or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
construction of the Improvements on the Property, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

Legal Description
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together
with improvements, situated in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of
Christian Court (50.00 feet wide), said point being located at
the southeastern corner of Lot No. 103; then along said right-
of-way, on the arc of a circle curving to the left, having a
radius of 60.00 feet, and an arc length of 139.95 feet, to a
point on the western boundary line of Lot No. 105; then along
said western boundary line of Lot No. 105, and along the
centerline of a 20.00 foot wide Snow Dump Easement, South 04
degrees 14 minutes 35 seconds West, for a distance of 39.44
feet, to a point~in line of other lands now or formerly of The
McNaughton Company; then along said other lands of McNaughton,
North 68 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds West, for a distance of
88.58 feet, to a point along same; then North 59 degrees 36
minutes 54 seconds West, for a distance of 88.58 feet, to a
point at the northeastern corner of Lot No. 100; then partially
along the northern boundary line of Lot No. 100, North 50
degrees 42 minutes 09 seconds West, for a distance of 35.00
feet, to a point~on the southern boundary line of Lot No. 102;
then along Lot No. 102, North 40 degrees 43 minutes 23 seconds
East, for a distance of 77.46 feet, to a point at the
southwestern corner of Lot No. 103; then along said Lot No. 103,
South 81 degrees 59 minutes 26 seconds East, for a distance of
103.52 feet, to a point and the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING approximately 15,378 square feet of land.
BEING Lot No. 104 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Good
Hope Farms South, Phase XIII recorded in Plan Book 93, Page 34.
BEING known as 5114 Christian Court.
BEING part of the same premises which Thomas W. Gaughen
d/b/a TWG Real Estate Management Services, by his deed dated
October 5, 1994. and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds-__b~ ~u~tier~and ^Coun~y _ _in_ "Deed Book 112 , Page 1058 , granted
and conveyed to The McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania
corporation.
