ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 5th day of November, 2007, upon consideration of the
Emergency Petition for Temporary Guardianship and after hearing, the Court finds by
clear and convincing evidence that Lieselotte Schall, a/kla Rosemary L. Schall, is a
totally incapacitated person;
IT IS ORDERED AND DIRECTED that The Area Agency on Aging, in and for
Cumberland County, is hereby appointed plenary guardian, of the person and estate of
Lieselotte Schall a/kla Rosemary L. Schall. The posting of bond in this matter is waived,
The guardian is directed to file reports in accordance with the provisions of the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciary Code applicable to such guardianships.
