In follow up to your correspondence of October 26,2007, the Estate of James S.
Garrison was started for purposes of evaluating a potential medical malpractice claim.
There are no assets in the estate other than that claim which is currently in processing for
evaluation.
Please consider this letter an update to you on the claim and we would ask you to
defer any other actions until we know whether there is indeed an insolvent estate or not.
