I, IRENE P. LAVENDER, of the Town of North Proviqence and
State of Rhode Island, being of sound and disposing mind, do make,

publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
and hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by
me heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that my Executor and his successors payout

of my Estate as soon as can be conveniently done after my death,
all my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of administration
and all State and Federal Inheritance, Transfer or Estate Taxes.
SECOND: I give, devise, bequeath and appoint all the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real and personal, of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated, to which I may be
legally or equitably entitled at the date of my death, to my
husband ERIC J. LAVENDER if he shall survive me.
THIRD:
If my said husband shall not survive me, I give,
devise, bequeath and appoint all the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real and personal, of whatsoever nature and
wheresoever situated, to which I may be legally or equitably
entitled at the date of my death to my daughter SUSAN P. MASON of
Mechanicsburg, pennsylvania.
FOURTH:
If my said daughter shall fail to survive me, I
give, devise, bequeath and appoint the share which my daughter
Susan P. Mason would have received if she had survived me to the
children of Susan P. Mason, who shall survive me, in equal shares.
FIFTH:
I hereby appoint my husband ERIC J. LAVENDER as
Executor of this Will, but if he shall fail to survive me, fail to
qualify or cease to act as such, I then appoint my daughter SUSAN
P. MASON of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, as Executrix in his
place. I direct that my Executor and his successors shall not be
I required to furnish any surety on his or their official bond.

hereby authorize my Executor and his successors, whenever deemed
desirable for the more convenient settlement of my Estate, to sell
at public or private sale any property, real or personal, in my
Estate without securing the advice, direction or consent of any
Court having jurisdiction of the settlement of my Estate.
