aclmowlodged, and the further conziderution mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and thei~
subcontractors, and all partie~ acting through or under them, covenant end agree tha~ no mechanlc'~ llenz or cloimb
shall be fled or maRtained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenan~
thereto for or on account of any wor~ done or materb~ furnished by them or any of them under said contract o~
otherwise, for, tmvard~, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buddings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themzeloes, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to hnve, fde, and maintain any mechanic'~ liens or ctaimz against the said buildings or any ~f
them, and agree that this instrument. ~aiving the right of lien, shall be an Rdependent covenant.
