STIPULATION AGAINST LIF,~IITS
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~ day of ~ ~ ~, 2007, by
and between
HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC. a Perulsylvsriia cox'poration,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
JOHN H. GREZLAK and MADELYN F. VALUNAS, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to erected and
construct a single family dwelling situate in Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and more fully described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known
as 6 Melissa Court, Carlisle, PA 17015.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and .its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Notary Public, the undersigned officer, personally appeared
Timothy D. Hoffman who acknowledged himself to be the President
of Hoffman's Custom Contracting, Inc. a Corporation, and that he
as such President, being authorized to do so, executed the
foregoing instrument for the purposes therein contained by
signing the name of the said Corporation by himself as such
President.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with the Subdivision
Plan for Annendale prepared by Statler-Brehm Associates, Inc. dated Apri112,
1995, a copy of which consisting of six (~ pages was recorded on December 23,1996,
in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 73, Page 111, etc., which
Plan is incorporated herein by reference, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Melissa Court at the dividing line
between Lot No. 11 and Lot No. 12; thence along said dividing line between Lots 11
and 12 North 16 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 254.32 feet to a
point at lands now or formerly of Robert Rockwell; thence along said lands now or
formerly of Robert Rockwell North 75 degrees 36 minutes 14 seconds East 180.00
feet to a point between the dividing line of Lot No. 12 and lands now or formerly of
George A. Nickel; thence along lands now or formerly of George A. Nickel South 16
degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East 285.00 feet to a point at the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 12 and 14; thence along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 12
and 14 South 73 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds West 127.87 feet to a point in the
northern line of Melissa Court; thence along said Melissa Court by a curve to the
left with a radius of 50.00 feet an arc distance of 69.60 feet to a point, the Place of
BEGINNING.
The above described lot of land is all of Lot No. 12 as shown on said Subdivision
Plan for Annendale recorded as aforesaid.
The above described Lot #12 has a mailing address of 6 Melissa Court, Carlisle, PA
17015-6939.
