BEING A PORTION of the same premises which Lucille R. Hein, single person, by deed dated December 9, 1983 and recorded July 21, 1993, in Cumberland
County in Deed Book K, Volume 36, Page 585, granted and conveyed unto Dennis L. Burd and Karen M. Burd (a/k/a Karin M. Burd) husband and wife, Grantors
herein.
